Hatless Harold, who causes the owners of monster clothing shops to suddenly flip the open signs in their doors to closed when they see him coming. . . this is him at one of their glass doors, peering in, smiling and waving, just in case.
Harold is the nicest monster in the whole world, but many years ago some unknown person told Harold that his massive shoulders could be minimized by wearing a hat.
Since then, whenever he looks in the mirror and is displeased with his physique, he goes hat-shopping. He destroys every hat he tries, often a whole store-worth (including lady’s hats), because having no ears to stop a hat and keep it above his eyes, and a pointy pointy head, he will often pull a hat on right down to the aforementioned shoulders. This makes Harold very sad, but it makes the storekeepers sadder.
Yet, Harold hopes. You can see it in his eyes, you can see it in his smile. One day the store will be open when he gets there!
