Daily Monsters invade VIDME headquarters!

To launch the new 10th anniversary series of Daily Monsters® my friends at VIDME invited me to paint a Monster mural at their office in downtown Los Angeles. Usually, I base these murals on a paper drawing that I project, trace and fill in. That’s how I did the Seward Monsters, for example. This is the first time that I’ve done a Monster mural by actually throwing paint at the wall, and coming up with the design of the piece based on the resulting shapes. Painting without a net! Worked like a charm, too, and I had a great time! MY thanks again to everybody at VIDME for being such good sports about my messy invasion of their space, and for producing such a lovely process video! I hope you like the finished piece!
